Moonrise Jewelry offers a lifetime Quality Assurance Guarantee on all of our products. Each piece of our jewelry is handmade in our Virginia studio using the highest-quality materials and manufacturing techniques. By keeping our production local we are able to maintain our high quality standards, while contributing to our rural economy. We're proud of our work, and will gladly offer an exchange, repair, or refund if you are not completely satisfied with any of our products. (See our Return Policy below) All gemstones are unique. Due to these natural variations and the differences between computer monitors, your jewelry may look slightly different than the photograph on your screen. No two Moonrise pieces are completely identical. This is part of their beauty!

Return Policy

If you would like to request an exchange or refund, please contact us for a return authorization within 30 days of receiving your order. When making returns, please include your contact information and sales invoice. Return the jewelry in its original packaging, with adequate padding to protect it during shipping. Please indicate if you would like to exchange the jewelry for another product or if you would like a refund. We suggest sending your return through a traceable shipping method with insurance, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in the mail. Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 2 weeks. We will notify you by email once we have shipped your exchange order or posted a refund to your credit card. For exchanges, shipping charges will be billed to your credit card. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on custom orders. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We're pleased to offer complimentary USPS First Class Mail shipping (with Delivery Confirmation) on all orders to domestic delivery addresses. We ship all orders within 1 business day. If you need an expedited shipping service, you'll be able to choose a faster shipping option at checkout. At this time, delivery is available to all US and Canadian addresses. Please contact us if you wish to ship an order to other international destinations.

Packaging & Gifts

Each piece of our jewelry comes packaged in a complimentary Moonrise Jewelry box (pictured above), made with 100% recycled paper. Our Real Orchid Necklaces are packaged in sustainable gift boxes, handmade with tree-free paper by a fair trade workshop especially for us. These complimentary boxes provide the perfect presentation of these special necklaces for gift recipients, and are the perfect way to protect our orchid necklaces during travel. If you would like us to enclose a personalized note from you to your gift recipient, please type your message in the Comments/Gift Message field during the checkout process. We will enclose an attractive gift card bearing your message with the shipment. If your order is being shipped to a different recipient than your billing address, we will enclose packing slip which displays the order contents but not the prices or order total. Currently our website can only process one shipping address per order. If you would like to send several gifts to different recipients, please complete a separate order transaction for each shipping address. Can't decide? Let her choose! Moonrise Jewelry Gift Certificates are always a sure bet, available for purchase online in a range of denominations. Gift certificate recipients can redeem gift cards online, by phone, or in person at any Moonrise event. For last minute shoppers, we can send electronic Gift Certificates via email to you or your recipient within 24 hours. Or, if you'd prefer, we can ship a printed Gift Card together with our catalog to any address you choose (standard shipping rates apply).

Customization is our specialty! Whether you're searching for the perfect jewelry for your bridal party or have a specific sizing request, we are happy to work with you to create a custom jewelry design to suit your taste.
