30 Day Return Policy

If you would like to request an exchange or refund, please contact us for a return authorization within 30 days of receiving your order.

When making returns, please include your contact information and sales invoice. Return the jewelry in its original packaging, with adequate padding to protect it during shipping. Please indicate if you would like to exchange the jewelry for another product or if you would like a refund. We suggest sending your return through a traceable shipping method with insurance, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.

Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 2 weeks. We will notify you by email once we have shipped your exchange order or posted a refund to your credit card. For exchanges, shipping charges will be billed to your credit card. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on custom orders. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
